By purchasing this product you are contributing to the sustainability of the planet. Thank you for your trust in WONDERFLIP. Remember that the use of unsuitable elements in your bed can cause damage for which we cannot be held responsible. That is why we give you the following advice:

  • This mattress is delivered vacuum packed, once opened wait at least 6 hours for it to be ready to rest. However, it may not reach its maximum height until 72 hours later.
  • Do not place your new mattress on a base or box spring that is in poor condition. A proper foundation prolongs the life of your mattress.
  • Protect it from liquids with a protective cover.
  • It is recommended to ventilate the room and the mattress to keep it in optimal conditions of temperature and humidity. We will avoid the appearance of mould and mildew stains.
  • Do not jump or stand on the mattress or place sharp or heavy objects on the mattress.
  • The lifespan of a mattress is around 15 years. The perfect preservation of the fabric, the thread and the fastening system depend on the correct use of the product.

From the moment you receive your order, you will have 100 nights to confirm that you will keep it, or return it. In the latter case, we will refund 100% of the amount paid. If you have paid for your order in full or if you have financed it, we will pay you the amount paid by bank transfer. If you chose the Aplazame financed payment option as your payment method, the amounts pending payment will be cancelled.

CONDITIONS FOR RETURN

The product you wish to return to us must be in perfect condition, with no damage of any kind or stains of any kind during the testing process. You can see all the information below. The following causes will exclude the return of the product during the 100-day trial period:
  • 10% variation in mattress height and width. Existence of the user's body mark on the mattress padding after sleeping for several hours.
  • Existence of dampness, stains or mould. This type of stains are due to the lack of maintenance of the mattress, caused by the bedding used, excessive humidity in the environment or lack of air circulation.
In case of return of the product due to customer dissatisfaction during the 100-day trial period, the return costs shall be borne by the purchaser.

PRODUCT GUARANTEE

The core of the WONDERFLIP mattress is guaranteed against any manufacturing defect for a period of ten (10) years. For the warranty to be valid, the presentation of the invoice and receipt of payment is a necessary and indispensable condition. WONDERFLIP reserves the right not to honour the guarantee if the requested documentation is not received. Defects caused by the following are excluded from the guarantee:
  • Deformation or breakage caused by transport and/or storage, by misuse or by being placed on incorrect or damaged bases or bed bases.
  • 10% variation in mattress height and width. And the body mark on the padding after sleeping for several hours.
  • Dirt, organic or inorganic damage or marks caused by fire, water, liquid spillage, excessive moisture in the environment or any natural or other external agents.
  • Problems with dampness or stains (mould). These are not considered a defect as they are caused by lack of maintenance in the transpiration of the mattress caused by the bedding or excessive humidity in the environment or lack of air circulation.
  • Faults, deformations or breakages caused by repairs carried out by the consumer or persons other than our technical service.
  • Inadequate maintenance or improper washing methods.
