Delivery may be made to the address of your choice (except post office box). Home delivery of orders will be carried out by a logistics operator during normal working hours. If there is no one at that address when the logistics operator comes, they will leave a note and their customer service department will try to contact you to arrange delivery.

The return for withdrawal will not entail any penalty for the customer, provided that the product is in perfect condition and has not suffered any damage or loss of quality, in which case the company reserves the right not to authorize the refund or to apply a depreciation to the product up to 50%, in view of the state it presents at the time of verification of the same in our offices. In the same way, the product must be returned to our premises in the original packaging in which it was delivered to the customer. In the event that the packaging is not the original or is damaged, the company is entitled to apply a depreciation of up to 20%. In case of exercising the right of withdrawal, the customer shall bear the cost of returning the product to our premises. Once the return has been received, our quality department will be responsible for verifying that the returned items physically correspond to the return delivery note, and additionally that they have been received complete and in their original packaging (see previous paragraph). If the verification of the state of the order is satisfactory, we will proceed to reimburse the amount of the order by the same method of payment used for the initial transaction. The period in which we will reimburse you for the order will not exceed, in any case, 14 calendar days (days that are established from the receipt of the returned product). El plazo de garantía del núcleo es de diez (10) años y el general de tres (3) años. Quedan expresamente excluidos de la garantía los daños que presenten los productos como consecuencia de negligencias, golpes, uso incorrecto o manipulaciones indebidas, así como quedan excluidos los materiales desgastados por el mero uso. En caso de defecto provocado por el mal uso del producto, el cliente puede solicitar la reparación del mismo corriendo el cliente a cargo de su coste, previo presupuesto.

Los productos deben encontrarse en perfecto estado y conservar sus accesorios e instrucciones de origen para poder ser devueltos, de no ser así, los bienes podrán sufrir una depreciación.
Commercial warranty: Manufacturers may offer additional warranties, the extent and duration of which differ according to products and brands. These warranties are exclusively at the expense of the manufacturer who is obliged to provide them. Under the Royal Legislative Decree, the seller is obliged to deliver to the consumer goods that are in conformity with the contract of sale under the terms established therein (Article 114), according to which: "The seller is obliged to deliver to the consumer and user products that are in conformity with the contract, being liable to him for any lack of conformity that exists at the time of delivery of the product". The warranty will start to run on the same day the product is delivered, by virtue of the aforementioned article 123 of the Royal Legislative Decree.
In the event of a defective product, the seller must proceed, as appropriate, or repair, replacement, price reduction or termination of the contract, which shall be free of charge for the consumer and user.
- The seller is liable for any lack of conformity that becomes apparent within three years of delivery.
- The consumer and user must inform the seller of the lack of conformity within two months of becoming aware of it.
When the customer considers that the lifetime of his Wonderflip mattress has come to an end, Wonderflip offers different alternatives and the decision is entirely up to the customer:

- Request collection if the customer buys another mattress. We facilitate the collection and provide a coupon for the amount of recycled materials for the next purchase.
- Send it to us at your own cost and we will recycle it. In return, we will give you a voucher for the amount of the recycled materials for your next purchase.
Should any part of these conditions of service be unlawful and therefore invalid, this shall not affect the other provisions which are in accordance with the law. The parties undertake to renegotiate those parts of the conditions of service that are invalid and to incorporate them into the rest of the conditions of service.
This site is located and operated in Spain. All matters relating to this site are governed by Spanish law and are subject to the jurisdiction of the competent Courts and Tribunals, without giving effect to the principles of conflicts of laws. In those cases in which the client is not a consumer or user, or is domiciled outside Spain, he/she will be subject to the competent Courts and Tribunals.
