Delivery may be made to the address of your choice (except post office box). Home delivery of orders will be carried out by a logistics operator during normal working hours. In the same way, the product must be returned to our premises in the original packaging in which it was delivered to the customer. In the event that the packaging is not the original or is damaged, the company is entitled to apply a depreciation of up to 20%. In case of exercising the right of withdrawal, the customer shall bear the cost of returning the product to our premises. Once the return has been received, our quality department will be responsible for verifying that the returned items physically correspond to the return delivery note, and additionally that they have been received complete and in their original packaging (see previous paragraph). If the verification of the state of the order is satisfactory, we will proceed to reimburse the amount of the order by the same method of payment used for the initial transaction. The period in which we will reimburse you for the order will not exceed, in any case, 14 calendar days (days that are established from the receipt of the returned product). El plazo de garantía del núcleo es de diez (10) años y el general de tres (3) años. Commercial warranty: Manufacturers may offer additional warranties, the extent and duration of which differ according to products and brands. These warranties are exclusively at the expense of the manufacturer who is obliged to provide them. Should any part of these conditions of service be unlawful and therefore invalid, this shall not affect the other provisions which are in accordance with the law. The parties undertake to renegotiate those parts of the conditions of service that are invalid and to incorporate them into the rest of the conditions of service.
