WHY WONDERFLIP?
Wonderflip is the world’s first self-recycle mattress. It has been created according to the principles of circular economy and sustainability to solve the great environmental problem of mattresses at the end of their life cycle. Wonderflip, is the first mattress prepared so that you can easily disassemble it to reuse and recycle its materials at home. It is composed of organic and certified materials such as cotton, linen and kenaf; and its healthy, as it does not contain toxic foams. Thanks to its eco-design and selection of materials, we have managed to combine the minimum carbon footprint with maximum comfort and well-being.
In addition, Wonderflip collaborates with WWF España, the largest independent nature conservation organization, in projects to conserve natural spaces. In this way, for each mattress, 65 m2 of endemic forest will be restored.
WHERE IS WONDERFLIP MANUFACTURED?
Entirely in Spain.
Your WONDERFLIP mattress will come home in sustainable packaging that you can reuse and recycle. We deliver it vacuum packed. You will have to unpack it in the first 24 hours after receiving it (this is very important) and wait 6 hours for it to be fully fit for rest. Although it may not reach its maximum height until 72 hours later.
DO YOU SHIP TO ALL SPAIN?
We ship WONDERFLIP, free of charge, throughout Spain (mainland) and the Balearic Islands.
HOW LONG BEFORE I GET IT?
You will have your order at home within 24/48 business hours for shipments to Spain (mainland). In shipments to the Balearic Islands the period will be between 3-4 working days.
WHAT ARE THE MEASUREMENTS AND HOW HIGH IS WONDERFLIP?
Our WONDERFLIP recyclable self mattress is manufactured in heights of 25 and 28 cm.
HOW FIRM IS IT?
Its firmness is medium-high. It would be a 4.5 out of 5 possible points. WONDERFLIP is a pocket spring mattress that provides excellent adaptability. Thanks to these springs, the body weight is transmitted independently to each point of the mattress, thus providing a personalized adaptability to each area of the body and bed independence.
WHAT IS THE LIFETIME OF WONDERFLIP?
WONDERFLIP has a lifetime of between 7 and 8 years. The great news is that after 5 years of having your mattress if you want to change it we give you a bonus for your new WONDERFLIP.

WHAT GUARANTEE DO YOU HAVE?
WONDERFLIP has 3 years warranty for any manufacturing defect. And as a guarantee of satisfaction you can try this mattress for 30 nights and, if you are not satisfied, we will refund the amount (See conditions here).
WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN THE WONDERFLIP MATTRESS AND OTHER MATTRESSES?

CAN I SLEEP IN A WONDERFLIP IF I HAVE A LATEX OR OTHER COMPONENT ALLERGY?
The materials that make up WONDERFLIP are ecological, hypoallergenic and of non-animal origin. And if you are allergic to natural latex you have the 25 cm high version of Wonderflip mattress that does not contain the 100% natural latex layer.
WHAT TYPE OF BED OR SOMMIER IS BEST FOR WONDERFLIP?
You can put WONDERFLIP on any kind of bed or stand. You’ll sleep like a baby even by putting it directly on the floor.
DO I HAVE TO TURN IT AROUND EVERY CERTAIN TIME?
WONDERFLIP is made of high-quality materials that recover its original shape easily, so you won’t have to spin it every few minutes. It’s a one-way street.
I MADE A MISTAKE WHEN I PLACED MY ORDER! HOW DO I FIX IT?
¡Don’t worry! We’ll sort it out as quick as possible if it hasn’t left our factory yet. Send us an email to hola@colchonwonderflip.com and we will process your change before your order leaves the factory.
DO I REALLY HAVE 30 NIGHTS TO TEST IT?
¡Of course! We know there’s no better way to test a mattress than by sleeping on it. This period will allow you to try WONDERFLIP with the peace of mind that you can return it if you don’t love it. We consider that 30 nights are more than enough for you to become inseparable. If after that time you aren´t satisfied, send us an email to hola@colchonwonderflip.com so that we can collect it and refund your amount. Check the conditions here
CAN THE MATTRESS BE RETURNED?
You can return the mattress as soon as you receive it, being in its original packaging as after 30 days of trial. In any case, if you want to make the return of WONDERFLIP, contact us through hola@colchonwonderflip.com and we will manage your return as soon as possible. After the process we will return the money in the same account from which the purchase was made.
WHAT IS COLLABORATION WITH WWF ABOUT?
For each mattress sold, Wonderflip will make a contribution to WWF Spain for its projects of conservation of natural spaces. In this way, for each mattress, 65 m2 of endemic forest will be restored.
WHAT TO DO AFTER WONDERFLIP´S LIFETIME PERIOD? HOW DO YOU AUTORECYCLE WONDERFLIP?
After WONDERFLIP lifetime period, you will be able to recycle it yourself at home in an easy and simple way. You can follow our auto-recycling instruction video so you don’t miss any steps. In the event that you prefer not to do this process at home, the clean point of the city that collects the mattress will do this recycling process, because we will personally inform them that you have a WONDERFLIP.
DO I HAVE TO TAKE IT TO THE ECOPARK?
Wonderflip is designed so you can easily disassemble your materials so you can reuse and recycle them. Materials that you don´t reuse and decide to recycle, you can take them comfortably to your fixed or mobile clean point, or to your nearest ecopark.
If you don´t dare to take the step, we can manage its collection when you consider that its lifetime has ended.
